The Georgetown Journal of International Affairs is proud to announce the imminent release of its annual, peer-reviewed special edition on developing norms and technology in cyberspace. Published in collaboration with the Institute for Law, Science & Global Security, this issue will feature an array of academic works written by some of the foremost policy makers, scholars, and business leaders in the field.
